Social Responsibility
We believe social responsibility is the ethical framework something or someone has in the form of an obligation to act for the benefit of others. This can be for an individual or as an organization but it is the spark to be ethical rather than what that ethical act entails. This TED talk with Akeem Lloyd talks about her personal motives to act on his social responsibility and to be the spark for someone else to move on their social responsibility. The first step into making the ethical choices for him was recognizing that there was a social responsibility and that it was his.

Catharyn Baird On Ethics
These are the lenses that Catharyn Baird uses to describe how we can look at our ethical situations. Each is essential to work through issues ethically and have their own unique upsides and downsides which she calls the good and the shaded aspects. The next gallery shows these lenses broken down into what we understood them to mean in context.
Values
In the lenses we talk about our own values. To understand these concepts of how our ethics are influenced by our own values we have to know what our values are. The quiz button below is by Richard Barrett and helps us to learn about what our values are and may be surprising to find what you pick and what values take precedent over others.
Now that we know what our values are, what do they mean?
What kinds of values are there and what is their significance?
