REFLECTION Plan of action
While taking this class, I was able to appreciate and learn from my babies. I was never able to understand the what I learned from them. while I was teaching them, they were also teaching me compassion, love, and kindness. They are innocent little babies who can only see the good in someone, and if that doesn't make you want to continue being good then I don't know what will. The 8 infants I watch on a daily basis have been the reason I am the way I am. In the future, I want to continue helping children. I plan on helping children 8-18, who like me didn't have the best childhood growing up.

In my class in particular, I am the caregiver for 8 precious infants. I teach them fine motor skills. We as infant teachers are focused on teaching our babies through play based learning and creativity rather than through intense curriculums. We as infant teachers are meant to be soft and nurturing, these children can not communicate their basic needs so its up to the teacher to make sure we can handle the different personalities of our babies.
