thesis on motivesMy name is Samuel Shtefanio. My academic background is in microeconomic theory, but a parrallel passion of mine has always been analytical introspection and psychology. My effective change project is a collection of my conclusions into one common theme that attempts to extensively model human behavior and even thought, which I call my Thesis on Motives. I believe my empirically focused background contributes to the transparency and intuitivity of these ideas, the implications of which, include better understanding oneself and others, and assisting individuals on their path to self actualization.
