Plan of Action
My goal was to volunteer at IRCO, but unfortunately my schedule conflicted with the position. I looked on their website to see how I can gain more knowledge about the organization. I wanted to identify on greater scale to identify how this organization creates change in their communities. I saw that there was a virtual event that celebrated their 46 years of helping immigrants and refugees in the Portland area. I watched the virtual celebration that included performances and powerful speeches. They included passionate stories of immigrants and refugees and people who work with the organization.
